He did his MBBS from Kerala University, following which he completed Masters in International Public Health from the University of York, United Kingdom. He started his career as Hospital Administrator at Kovai Medical Center and Hospital, 1300 bed corporate chain hospital in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu and soon got promoted as Head of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives, he was involved in the optimization of the processes and identification of new revenue streams. During his tenure there he has also worked as Project Manager and Epidemiologist for STEMI INDIA, a Not for Profit organization, by setting up a system of care for Acute Heart Attack treatment as the hub and spoke model for four clusters in Tamilnadu, this is currently getting incorporated as the guidelines of care across India.

He completed the Advanced Management Program at the prestigious and the top B-School in India, which is Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. This formal education has given him additional insights into excelling business processes and various advanced streams of strategic formulation and execution. He has also served Velammal Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, 2100 bed Hospital, Madurai, India as Senior General Manager where he was in charge of the Speciality hospital and the revenue growth of the organization. With expertise in multiple spears and absolute focus on Business Development, he has ventured into this consultancy to fulfill the passion for analytical and critical thinking and strategic business ideation.
